All stocked items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order was placed. Some specialty or pre-order items may take longer to ship; customers will be notified if so.

SHIPPING TIMES AND TRACKING
All items will be delivered via depending on the courier you chose (Sonic Express, LBC, Grab Express, or Roadmaster). If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up with chosen courier. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you haven't received any email, you may message us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 7 days of purchase. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
If you have received a faulty item please email us at email@example.com or message us via our social media accounts Instagram/ Facebook (@loveara.ph). We will replace if stock is available or refund you upon return.
CUSTOMER PICK UP
