Return and Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for returns, items must be:
- We only accept returns for full-priced items (non-sale items).
- Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their hygiene stickers and tags intact!
- After your return has been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. Any delivery fees incurred for your order will not be refunded.
- We do not accept returns of sale items. Sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
- Any returned items that are not received by Love, Ara can not be issued a refund/exchange.
Please take note that the following items are NOT accepted for return or exchange:
- Sale or Discounted Items
- Promotional Items
To start a return, you can contact us at loveara.ph@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Ship back the item to our Head Office any day of the week (Monday to Friday) from 9AM to 6PM addressing the package to:
For international online purchases, items can be returned for Store Credit within 7 days of receipt.
We accept returns that reach us within 7 days from the date of receipt with a valid Order Reference number.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 15 to 30 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Buyer will only be refunded after Love, Ara has received the confirmation from the courier and bank has received the returned item and money.
Buyer is not applicable to apply for a refund if the parcel was tagged as return to sender (RTS).
- Application for Returns/Refunds
Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, Buyer may apply for return of the purchased items (“Item”) and/or refund prior to the expiry of the Love, Ara Guarantee Period as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
- Application for the Return of an Item
Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:
- The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
- Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
- The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item; or
- By way of private agreement with Seller and Seller must send his/her confirmation to Love, Ara confirming such agreement.

ten (10) calendar days after the return request is raised.
3. Liability of Product Forward Shipping Fee and Return Shipping Fee
i) In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the seller's end (i.e - damaged, faulty or wrong product delivered to the buyer), the seller will bear buyer's forward shipping fee and return shipping fee.
ii) In the scenario of the buyer's change of mind, buyer shall get seller's consent prior to the return request and buyer will bear the return shipping fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Product exchange covers:
- Change of size, similar priced item, and
- Replacement if item/s has a proven manufacturing defect. Otherwise, are subject to management approval.
Product exchange will only be accommodated ONCE.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Store Credit
You'll receive Store Credit in your account for returning an order, within 7-14 business days from when we receive your order.
- Store Credit has no expiry, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- You'll receive Store Credit equivalent to the purchase value of the item into your account.
- Store Credit is based on the website's main currency (PHP).
- Shipping and handling fees, duties, and taxes are excluded and cannot be refunded for store credit.
OUR SOLUTIONS
- Love, Ara's Responsibility
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or return.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Love, Ara is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.
- Customer's Responsibility
Incorrect order (size of item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
Unwanted item
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 7 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.
CONDITIONS
- We allow returns if the item is not damaged. Return but not refund. We allow refund if the item is damaged and the customer does not want to exchange.
- You have 7 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from loveara.co
- Love, Ara will not be held responsible for packages that are delayed, stolen, lost, or heavily damaged in transit.
- We do not accept returns on the SALE CATEGORY ITEMS.
Please take care when trying on clothes not to damage or stain them. If your return does not meet the above criteria it will be sent back to you.
