Our hardworking Love, Ara Logistics Team will inspect your items prior to shipping, we make sure that your product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we are here to help! Please feel free to submit a ticket if you have any issue with your order!

RETURNS

We understand that getting the right clothing fit could be tricky, but unfortunately, due to the costs of handling and processing returns, we cannot issue cash/credit card refunds for returns as of the moment. That said, we do want you to get your order right the first time, so if you have any questions about our products or sizing, feel free to contact us at loveara.ph@gmail.com. We would gladly help you out, babe!

If your order received FREE SHIPPING and you have returned item/s reducing your order amount to under our free shipping threshold, you will have the shipping cost deducted from the value of your return.

We strongly recommend returning items through a traceable mailing system, as any returned items that are not received by Love Ara can not be issued a refund/exchange

Be sure to allow sufficient time for your returns to arrive to us within our returns period.

HOW TO REACH US

Go to our Return Ticket Page and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item/s, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

Our Solutions

  1. Love, Ara's Responsibility

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or return.

Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Love, Ara is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.

  1. Customer's Responsibility

Incorrect order (size of item)

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unwanted item

If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 7 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.

CONDITIONS

  • We allow returns if the item is not damaged. Return but not refund. We allow refund if the item is damaged and the customer does not want to exchange.
  • You have 7 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from loveara.ph
  • Love, Ara will not be held responsible for packages that are delayed, stolen, lost, or heavily damaged in transit.
  • We do not accept returns on the SALE CATEGORY ITEMS.

Take note:

All products must be returned;

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Tags attached
  • Free from makeup and fake tan
  • Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder

Please take care when trying on clothes not to damage or stain them. If your return does not meet the above criteria it will be sent back to you.

For returns from the US, there are two ways to return your items:

  • All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. The customer will be responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes. 
  • Return or exchange via mail: Start by filling up our return ticket here.
  • If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.

For returns from the Philippines, these are the options for returning your item(s):

Ship back the item to our Head Office any day of the week (Monday to Friday) from 9AM to 6PM addressing the package to:

PROCESSING TIME

Once received by us, please allow 5 - 7 business days for your refund to be approved and processed.

You will receive notification of your return via email address on order(please ensure your email address is valid and up to date on our system. Email us at - loveara.ph@gmail.com if you wish to update your details)

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Love Ara makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be given the option for an exchange, return, or refund the item.

FAULTS/ MISSING ITEMS

Please contact us at loveara.ph@gmail.com within 48 hours(2 days) of receiving your order preferably with supporting pictures so we can determine the next course of action.

If item/s are clearly deemed faulty with the supplied pictures and information, you will be contacted with further instructions on how to return your item with no cost to you.

The deemed faulty item/s will be repaired to original condition otherwise you will receive replacement item/s.

In the case that the item/s can not be repaired or replaced you will be issued with a refund of the item/s

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on sale, sample, seconds/outlet items. Please select your items carefully to avoid disappointment.
